Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder/Battery Chemist at Aatral ESP located in Chennai. The Co-Founder/Battery Chemist will be responsible for developing and implementing battery technology, overseeing lab experiments, analyzing data, and managing a team of researchers. The role will involve working collaboratively with other members of the team to design and commercialize new battery products and technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with experience in battery technology
• Excellent Communication skills to communicate complex scientific information to stakeholders
• Experience in Sales and Marketing for commercialization of products and services
• Strong Research skills to stay up to date on the latest advancements in battery technology
• Experience in managing laboratory operations
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in co-founding a startup
• PhD in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field

Note: Experience in battery chemistry and commercialization, and experience in leading and founding a startup are highly beneficial for this role.
