Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make business decisions
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage customer relationships
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
