Job description
POSITION:
INTERFACE COORDINATOR University / Mechanical or Civil or Electrical More than 10 years of experience in EPC project(Engineering and Construction division) Preparation of the guidelines for the identification of interfaces, use of tools and processes that are to beapplied program-wide for the management of interfaces.• Assisting all parties in understanding all aspects of interface management tools, procedures and provideon-going support.• Monitoring the overall Interface Management process, including status of interfaces definition andcompleteness of data.• Facilitating the organisation of the regular coordination meetings if required.• Monitoring the progress and consistency of all data of Shared Systems.• Highlight to the Program and the CONTRACTORs any areas of concern.• Facilitate conflict resolution at interfaces.• Maintain an up-to-date list of all Interface Coordinators Single Point of Contact (SPOCs).• Alignment of Critical Interfaces identified by FEED CONTRACTOR and other CONTRACTORs.
