610 years of Cloud IT Application Development and Enhancement experience
Extensive experience in designing and building AWS Connect solutions.
Design and implementing AWS Connect Contact flows Queues Agent workspace configuration Contact lens forecasting abilities Number porting network setup and other changes to the IVR.
Strong technical skills particularly in API Lambda and Nodejs for effective utilization in web services APIs and scripting languages.
Knowledge in legacy contact centres and IVR s with associated business tooling
Proven experience with at least 2 AWS AI services (Amazon Comprehend Lex Rekognition Polly Textract Translate Transcribe) ideally in conjunction with AWS Connect.
Integrating third party systems from Lambda via APIs ex. CRM tools.
Strong understanding of contact centre workflows.
Write test scripts and complete testing to identify and report defects.
Logging and debugging AWS Connect issues.
A mindset of automating everything with experience demonstrating this.
