As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will:

Engage Clients: Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings. Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide property details.

Present Properties: Showcase properties on site as well as use virtual tours, photos, and brochures. Highlight property features and benefits to attract buyers.

Facilitate Sales Process: Guide clients from interest to property viewing and negotiation. Coordinate viewings and assist in contract completion.

Stay Informed: Keep updated on market trends and competitor offerings. Conduct market analysis to set appropriate pricing strategies.

Manage Documentation: Assist clients with paperwork and ensure compliance with regulations. Handle legal and administrative aspects of transactions.

Achieve Sales Targets: Set and monitor sales targets aligned with organizational goals. Implement strategies to maximize sales performance.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in real estate sales, property management, or a related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, property laws, and industry best practices.
