Job description
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the SEO team in executing onpage and offpage strategies like acquiring brand mentions reaching out to publishers and optimizing onpage stuff.
- Conducting outreach for offpage SEO campaigns that drive awareness increase authority and indicate relevance to the search engines.
- Curiosity problemsolving and the willingness to learn new tasks as they arise.
- Wellversed with either Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets with the ability to apply pivot tables filters and vlookup.
- Assist the SEO team with daily and weekly analysis for various sports in the following ways: sourcing data cleaning data and toplevel data analysis. Tools: MS Excel GSheets
- Takes ownership and is responsible for the tasks or duties provided.
- Competitive Research for multiple sports sections.
You won t be expected to know it all but you would be expected to give your best in whatever has been asked of you.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of how websites work and HTML.
- Knowledge of US Sports like NBA NFL baseball etc will be a bonus
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills with a stronghold in written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good to Have:
- Experience with search engine optimization/ digital marketing to improve website performance or visibility.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs Google Analytics
