We have an Urgent opening for the position of ' Biomedical Engineer ' at one of our reputed clients @ their Malad - West, Mumbai, Maharashtra Location.
Job Location: - Malad - West, Mumbai - Maharashtra
Designation: - Biomedical Engineer
Rolls: - On-Rolls.
Educational Qualification: - BE in Biomedical Engineering
Salary: - Between 25K to 30K in hand pm based on complete interview evaluation process.
Experience: – Minimum 2 – 3 Years of relevant experience in same domain.
Job Nature: - Full Time and Work from Office with site related work as per requirement.
Number of Positions: - 1 No.
Language Known: - English, Marathi & Hindi
Work Days: - 6 days a week
Office Timing: - 09:00am to 06:00pm
Key Responsibilities –
- Maintain and repair dialysis machine, R O plant, and other biomedical (therapeutic / diagnostics) equipment used in the dialysis center.
- Attending breakdown calls from the dialysis center.
- Prepare and execute preventive maintenance schedule for a dialysis machine, RO Plant, and any other biomedical equipment used in the dialysis center.
- Prepare requirement of space for repair and maintenance of equipment under the guidance of Chief BME.
- Install and facilitate the installation of biomedical equipment.
- Prepare and generate appropriate service reports after service, repair, and preventive maintenance activity.
- Maintain machine downtime record in AXISEMR software for dialysis centers across the state.
- Conduct training sessions for dialysis staff for routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Guide dialysis staff to troubleshoot issues of the dialysis machine, R O, and any other biomedical equipment used in the dialysis center.
- Perform calibration of equipment under the guidance of the Chief BME or Service personnel of the manufacturer.
- Repair components of the Dialysis machine, R O, and any other biomedical equipment used in the dialysis center wherever possible.
- Direct operation of biomedical equipment by providing demonstrations, supplying information and data, instructing others in the care and use of equipment, and answering all questions.
- Prepares reports by analyzing, collecting, and recapping trends and information.
- Update job skills and knowledge by reading technical journals, taking advantage of educational opportunities, and maintaining professional networks
- Maintain a healthy and safe working environment by fulfilling and recommending procedures, performing safety tests, complying with codes, and guiding and training health care and medical personnel.
Technical / Functional Skills :
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be well-versed in working with Dialysis machines.
- Good knowledge of maintenance techniques.
- Attention to detail.
- Understanding of safety regulations.
- Knowledge of maintenance software and tools.
- Time Management Skills.
- Analytical Thinking
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
