Workday IT Analyst
DevSecOps team is responsible for running and maintaining IT applications for business and markets in Philips. Applications ranging from internally developed software to standard software by software vendors to PAAS and SAAS solutions by the leading suppliers and all elements to run and maintain these application to help Philips achieve its business goals. AMS team works together with a variety of stakeholders to operate the landscape on a high standard.
Workday software engineer to join our growing technology applications development team. Will be working with a group of world-class engineers, architects and product managers to build and maintain scalable applications and integrations. Must have a solid background in Workday and other ERP applications with hands-on experience with workday standards and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Support workday environments
Problem analysis, determination and resolution
Incident, Service Request, Change and problem management
Developing and maintaining operational support documentation
Design, develop, test, deploy, support, enhance back-end integration solutions seamlessly to connect company enterprise systems.
Develop Workday integrations between new or existing systems, and working knowledge of Middleware application.
Develop Workday custom reports and enhancements.
Develop and document SOPs, requirements, technical, functional and non-functional specifications, and implement solutions.
Document end to end business processes supported by technical configuration.
Analyse and recommend continued process improvements, implementation best practices and system enhancements to support customers, businessu00A0strategies and operational needs including proactive review of existingu00A0implementations against industry best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project team, other teams to better support and optimize our HR business processes
Manage internal customer relationships and champion the employee and business stakeholder experience
Provide appropriate updates, reviews with users/stakeholders, partners and senior management
Oncall support for critical issues
You're the right fit if:
5 + years of experience in Workday Integration (CCW, PECHI, EIB, DT, APIu2019s)
Good exposure of Studio (XSLT, Message Que )
Integration security
Reporting (RaaS)
HCM and Payroll integration domain knowledge
Proficiency in multiple integration areas: Workday Studio, Connectors, EIBs/iLoad solutions
Complex reporting (calculated fields, Workday object model)
Workday HCM functional
Prior experience with support, requirements gathering, integration design, testing and deployment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of at least one of the following business areas: Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, Financials, Integrations, Talent Management
DevOps environment
ITIL and Service Now knowledge
Ability to work in Agile and hybrid delivery models
