Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Sales Executive - English/Hindi+any regional language(2.4Lpa- 4.2Lpa). The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling NoBroker's brokerage-free property services, generating leads, and converting them to sales. Daily tasks include conducting field visits, meeting with prospective customers to explain products and services, following up on leads via phone/email, closing sales deals, and meeting set targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi + any regional language (Kannada,Telugu,Maratti,Tamil)
• Prior experience in sales, telesales, or customer service roles
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients over the long-term
• Good negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
