Job description

Fuel Tank & Canister Assy. Routing & its Design. of BS VI Segment in Catia V5.

Preparing 3D parts Design (Sheet metal & Plastic Component) & also its 2D Drafting.

Interaction with CAE, analysis of Formability reports of FT and resolution of issues

CAD BOM & EBOM Creation, its data uploading & drawing release process in Team center.

Conduct of Development trials related with Fuel Tank & its Component

Preparing BOM PSE and coordinating for the selection of suitable materials for various components to meet design reliability and quality goals.
