Explore more about us at : Required Skills / Abilities Consult with business and provide guidance on people strategy to drive a high performance culture Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention Formulate and execute strategies and programs for effective talent management and engagement Analyze trends and design and run interventions to improve talent utilization Identify training needs for teams and individuals Run the performance management, compensation management for employees Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances Education and Experience 12+years of HRBP experience Work experience as an HR business partner is mandate. Ability to manage senior management stakeholders Excellent communication and people management skills Analytical and framework thinking Demonstrable experience with HR metrics Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices .Job tags
