Job description
We are hiring for SCCM L3
•Microsoft SCCM 2012 Administration knowledge •Expertise in SCCM deployment of Packages and applications •Worked on SCCM patching for Clients and Servers •Monitoring applications for managed users and systems. •Deploying and managing the Configuration Manager client. •Configuration of an operating-system deployment strategy by using SCCM. •Implementing Endpoint Protection for managed PCs. •In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues •Experience in SCCM upgrade, SCCM Client Upgrade •Experience in SCCM infrastructure setup. •Worked on windows 10 Migration •Worked on SCCM configuration •SCCM L3 is well versed with OSD, IBCM deployment • Define the procedures for Patch Release as per the Client’s policy • Preparation of RCA for Major Incidents • Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis • Performance tuning suggest by OEM • Updation and maintenance of Availability, Capacity management • Risk Analysis and providing the mitigation plan • Continual Service Improvement Planning and executions • Preparing, maintaining and updation of SOP and KBase • Maintaining and updation of Infra AS IS / Infra Documents • Incident / Problem / Change management • Define the procedures for Patch Release as per the Client’s policy • Preparation of RCA for Major Incidents • Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis • Performance tuning suggest by OEM • Updation and maintenance of Availability, Capacity management • Risk Analysis and providing the mitigation plan • Continual Service Improvement Planning and executions • Preparing, maintaining and updation of SOP and KBase • Maintaining and updation of Infra AS IS / Infra Documents • Incident / Problem / Change managementJob tags
