Job Description for Talent Acquisition Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team in the role of Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager – Talent Acquisition.
The primary responsibilities include:
Job Description Preparation : Craft comprehensive job descriptions by collaborating with department heads to understand position requirements, skill sets, and competencies.
Hiring Strategy : Collaborate closely with managers to grasp the company's hiring needs, ensuring alignment with competitive hiring goals. Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle for various roles, utilizing platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn for resume searches and job postings.
Recruitment Processes : Execute HR recruiting tasks such as sourcing candidates through online platforms, social media, HR groups, and references. Conduct different interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, to facilitate efficient and effective recruitment.
End-to-End Recruitment Support : Handle document collection, background checks, psychometric assessments, onboarding, introductory emails, and the issuance of offer and appointment letters. Conduct induction sessions on policies, benefits, CTC, etc.
Industry Experience : Preferred experience in EPC or Infrastructure, Manufacturing organizations, with expertise in hiring across Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, and other departments.
Campus Drives : Conduct campus recruitment drives to identify and attract promising talent.
Communication and Design Skills : Demonstrate proficiency/innovative in developing newsletters, job posts, and wishes etc., using available tools for effective communication.
IT recruitment experience is an added advantage but not mandatory
HR Operations and Compliance : Knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliances, an added advantage.
Qualifications :
B. Tech with MBA in HR from good institute.
Languages : Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
