Profile : Accountant

Salary :- upto 30K

Experience :- 1 to 5 Years

Qualification :- B.Com

Job Description :-

• Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Knowledge of TDS GST
• Computing data for Filing GSTR-1, GSTR-2A, GSTR 3B , ESI EPF filing
• Making entries of Sale, Purchase and Journal Vouchers in Tally ERP-9 software
• Making Purchase Orders, raising Tax Invoices from Tally, making E Way bill online
• Making Entries of receipt-payment vouchers, Bank Reconciliation Statement (Month wise)
• Checking party balances, helping in Accounts Payable-Accounts Receivable reconciliation and maintaining debtors and creditors ageing reports
• Oversee accounting daily operations, assist and oversee annual audits
• Stock Reconciliation
• Take responsibility for cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities
• Regularly produce financial reports or statements as required
• Ensure direct and indirect tax compliance and meet the organizational objectives
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records
