Position SummaryPurpose
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a UI/UX Designer and UX Researcher . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface and user experience design, coupled with expertise in conducting user research to inform design decisions. The candidate will play a key role in creating intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences while ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, working closely with developers and stakeholders, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge solutions in the field.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesFunctions
ESSENTIAL
¿ Conduct user research using various methods like interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing.
¿ Analyze user data and identify pain points, needs, and opportunities for improvement.
¿ Develop user personas and customer journey maps to inform design decisions.
¿ Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize features.
¿ Communicate research findings effectively through reports, presentations, and workshops.
¿ Translate user research and insights into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
¿ Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows.
¿ Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
¿ Stay up-to-date on current design trends and best practices.
NON-ESSENTIAL
¿ Previous experience designing for AGV-based systems
¿ Carry out additional duties as assigned
Safety

QualificationsQualifications
REQUIRED
¿ Minimum experience of 6 years with UX Design
¿ Portfolio showcasing impactful and user-centered design work.
¿ Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and creating personas.
¿ Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and interaction design.
¿ A portfolio that gives a clear overview of past projects
¿ Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and Invision.
¿ Experience with different research methods
¿ Experience in facilitating meetings and design workshops
¿ You can substantiate your design choices with theoretical knowledge and user data
¿ User-focused mindset and attitude
¿ Experience with style guides
¿ Eye for detail
¿ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
DESIRED
¿ Formal education in Design, Multimedia, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
¿ Experience with issue tracking systems, preferably Jira.
¿ Experience with Scrum
¿ Experience with designing different kinds of devices
¿ Experience with HTML and CSS.
