Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced B2B Area Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the B2B sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales with proven success in achieving sales targets.

The company caters To the 'In-Home Consumption' Market and 'Institutional markets like Hotels & Large Caterers since 1949. The Company also provides Coffee Brewing Solutions to Corporates & Public sectors for daily bulk consumption.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting cold calling and lead generation to identify potential B2B clients
- Acquiring new B2B clients and managing existing ones to ensure customer satisfaction
- Managing existing B2B distributors and onboarding new ones to expand the company's reach
- Ensuring timely collection and billing activities to manage cash flow effectively
- Coordinating with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and customer support to achieve business objectives in the B2B sector
- Conducting field visits to B2B clients and distributors to build strong relationships and gain a deeper understanding of their needs and challenges
- Completing any other task assigned by the management in the B2B sector
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Proven success in achieving B2B sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with B2B clients, distributors, and other departments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
