Overview:
The Accounts Executive plays a critical role in managing the financial aspects of the organization. This position is essential for ensuring accurate financial recordkeeping analyzing financial information and supporting the financial decisionmaking process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Process payroll and employee expense reimbursements.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and rectify inaccuracies.
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance reporting.
- Review and analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies or trends.
- Develop and maintain internal controls.
- Provide support to the finance and accounting team.
- Utilize accounting software to manage financial transactions.
- Communicate with vendors clients and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Participate in financial meetings and provide insights and recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or relevant field.
- Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of internal controls and financial best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidential information with integrity.
- Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus.
