Responsibilities: Ensure Computer System Validation (CSV) compliance in QA strategies. Risk management Perform Internal audits and vendor audits with technical expertise and Executive Management oversight. Manage deviations, conduct Root Cause Analysis, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). HIPAA and GDPR Implementation. Understating and knowledge of ISO 9001,27001, ISMS Understating of HDLC process Manage the SDLC software development lifecycle process. Collaborate with IT administrators for security integration in the software development lifecycle. Implement and maintain test automation frameworks with security considerations. Establish and manage defect tracking processes for timely resolution of security issues. Address system-level defects and vulnerabilities in collaboration with IT administrators. Define and track key quality and security metrics for evaluating QA processes. Regularly present concise reports on QA and cybersecurity status to stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvement within QA and cybersecurity functions. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in technology or Master in pharma. Proven experience as a QA Manager with a focus on cybersecurity and system-level testing. In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, IT administration, and security practices. Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, considering security testing requirements. Good communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality and secure results. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and IT security principles.
