Job Description :

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with UI/UX with 1-2 years of experience to join our team immediately . In this role, you will primarily focus on creating visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content for marketing materials and brand assets. Additionally, you will contribute to the user interface and experience design of our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities :

1. Design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and other digital channels.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
3. Develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience and align with brand aesthetics and guidelines.
4. Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to refine and improve the user interface and experience design.
5. Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all design assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and standards.
6. Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in graphic design, UI/UX design, and digital marketing.
7. Effectively communicate design concepts, ideas, and rationale to team members and stakeholders, seeking feedback and input as needed.
8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines with high-quality deliverables.

Requirements :

1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
2. Experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications is highly desirable.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma , or similar software.
4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and responsive design techniques.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
6. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
