About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a BBM or MBA degree to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for managing projects, overseeing day-to-day operations, and coordinating with clients to ensure smooth project execution. Your educational background in business management will provide valuable insights and strategic thinking to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand project requirements, provide updates on project status, and address any client concerns or inquiries.
- Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Facilitate project kick-off meetings, gather project requirements, and develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones and deliverables, and identify and address any issues or risks that may arise during project execution.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal allocation and utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project meetings and reviews to assess project performance, address challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with general operations tasks, including administrative support, resource planning, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management (BBM) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in a creative agency or marketing environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and communicate project updates and expectations clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in project delivery.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) is a plus.
- Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships.
