Role : Application Developer Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Must have Skills : Workday, Workday Data Mapping & Conversions, Workday Core HCM Good to Have Skills : Workday Business Processes Con, Workday System Configuration Job Requirements : 1Data Conversion consultant is expected 2Minimum of 4 years HR ERP experience in either PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle HCM or SAP-HR 3Minimum of 2 years of current hands-on Workday HCM experience as a Data Conversion Consultant 4Good Knowledge of Workday Core HR Data Conversion process 5Ability to capture business requirements and end to end business processes with clients 6Experience with configuration and testing of Data Conversion modules 7Five or more years of Human Capital Management HCM systems experience developing/configuring HR applications mainly in Data Conversion 8Need to perform end-end analysis looking at different business process related to Data Conversion areas 9Knowledge on Reports and Calculation fields - Security Configuration
