Hybrid Working
Structured Hybrid Role At Barclays, we offer a hybrid working experience that blends the positives of working alongside colleagues at our onsite locations, together with working from home. We have a structured approach where colleagues work at an onsite location on fixed, 'anchor', days of the week, for a minimum of two days a week or more, as set by the business area (or nearest equivalent if working part-time hours). Introduction - The qualified role holder will support Tuning and List functions, which would include tuning the bad volumes out and ensuring we are screening against the right lists, and other related processes.
- The role holder will work closely with management to ensure critical functions are fulfilled timely and accurately.
- The role holder will need to support all staff within the area with the evolving and ever-changing environment. Embracing all challenges, self-motivating and driving performance within Operations.
- The role holder will ensure compliance with Barclays Group Sanctions Policy and with Barclays Regulatory responsibilities in respect of the fight against Financial Crime and the funding of terrorism with regard Screening.
- The role holder will ensure all Governance, Risk Management, Controls and Compliance requirements are adhered too.
What will you be doing - Daily buzz discussing previous day, recognise high performers and set target for the current day.
- Continue to monitor traffic and related trends and work closely with teams across India and UK to tune the repeated false trends, ensuring no or minimal impact on BAU stop rate.
- Ensure all one to ones are completed on a monthly basis.
- Ensure all LMS is completed, and exceptions raised within a timely manner.
- Review SOPs/other procedures to align with any changes/ required updates.
- Risk- Raising case review in an event of complaint or risk event.
- Planning and execution for following weeks based on resources available and needed.
- Managing individual team member performance, team overtime, timekeeping and attendance, and resolving issues, grievances and conflicts in line with company policies, processes and procedures, to deliver excellent customer service and achieve consistency, key performance targets.
What We're Looking For - Must be a Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Must have managerial/team handling experience for 3 years.
- Must have screening experience for 3 years.
- Must have good command over communication (both written and verbal) with analytical thinking ability and hands on experience on Data Analysis
Skills That Will Help You In The Role - Any exposure on FircoSoft applications like FMM, FML & FircoSoft Continuity.
- Any exposure or knowledge of tools like SQL, Python, Tableau would be an added advantage.
- Any certification on screening like CGSS (Certified Global Sanctions Specialist), ICA (International Compliance Association) or ACAMS (Certification of Anti Money Laundering) would be a value-add.
