Product Manager - Growth

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager - Growth to join their vibrant team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and an eye for innovation within the ecommerce sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute growth strategies that enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Analyze data to identify opportunities, trends, and areas of improvement across the product lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering, to design and implement growth initiatives. Lead the A/B testing process, from hypothesis creation to experiment design, execution, and analysis. Drive product development with a focus on optimizing the user experience and achieving business goals. Monitor and report on the performance of growth strategies, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in growth-focused roles within the ecommerce industry. MBA from a Tier 1 business school is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Experience with A/B testing, user research, and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams and stakeholders.
