We are currently hiring a Project Manager expert for global financial services organization with an Australian heritage for Gurugram Location

Our client is a global financial group providing clients with asset management, retail and business banking, wealth management, leasing and asset financing, market access, commodity trading, renewables development, specialist advisory, capital raising and principal investment.

As a team lead, you will play a key role in the development and growth of a newly formed team. You will manage a group of 3-4 project managers and business analysts, with a focus on delivering initiatives related to data, continuous improvement, and regulatory-driven controls and exceptions. You will work closely with the Sydney team while maintaining alignment with the London team. Regular early calls will be required to support onsite stakeholders.

What you offer 12-18 years of working experience, including 3-4 years in project management and leading a team of project managers/business analysts for regulatory change. Good communication skills and the ability to adapt to different stakeholder styles. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Capability to drive the team to adapt to changing priorities and deliver on the critical path. Experience in regulatory change specifically for investment banking firms.

Ideal Candidate should have below skillset:

Candidate should have prior experience working as BA and should have good experience in writing BRD. Recent 2-3 years of experience in transaction reporting and regulatory operations related projects Recent 2-3 years of experience in Change Management People Manager experience
