Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Valuation Manager located in Hubli and Mysore. The Valuation Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the valuation process of various assets like land, buildings, and machinery and liaising with stakeholders including government departments, investors, clients, associates, and banks. Additionally, the Valuation Manager is responsible for managing a team of professionals, reviewing reports, and ensuring adherence to all quality standards and timelines.
Qualifications
Professional skills:
Excellent understanding of the valuation process of various assets including land, buildings, and machinery
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent client handling and communication skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships.
Ability to manage and mentor team members, coordinate different departments, and review reports.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 4 - 5 years of experience in the valuation domain
Experience in valuing various asset classes such as residential, commercial, and industrial.
