Responsibilities - Link between Procurement and Sales team
- Qualify and check every quotation and distribute the responsibilities within the procurement team.
- Highlight sourcing issues for management's action.
- Maintain procurement database and documentation.
- Maintain vendor information and records.
- Analyze the previous database such as price, vendors and date for the same type of quotation.
- Gather data on vendors to propose improvements. Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication and also good listening skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Proven experience in opportunity identification & qualification, email drafts creation, call control, account development, and time management.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team with high-level of integrity and work ethics
- Good knowledge of Electronic components and technical knowledge
- Good Analytical and Problem solving skills
