Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager located in Ranchi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing HR functions, such as recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and labor relations. This role will work closely with business leaders and staff to develop and execute HR strategies and policies that align with organizational objectives and ensure a high-performing workplace culture. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field Proven experience as an HR Manager or equivalent position for 5+ years Strong knowledge of HR functions, laws and best practices Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, talent development, employee relations, and labor relations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as conflict resolution skills Ability to work independently, under pressure, and within tight timelines Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems, such as SAP or Oracle Professional certification, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR, is a plus Experience working in a construction or engineering organization is a plusJob tags
