Then come on board and let’s get to work!As a senior member of the Talent Acquisition Team, you would work side by side with Account Managers, Sales Teams and the Leadership Team to actively source, recruit, and onboard the best Architects, Front End/Backend Engineers, Cloud/DevOps Engineers, Mobile Engineers, and UX/UI Designers.At InRhythm, You WillOwn your role and its developmentLearn new skills to accelerate your careerCollaborate across diverse teamsAct as a subject matter expert to the InRhythm Community internally and externallyWhat You Bring To The Table10+ years of technical recruiting experience7+ years experience hiring for the US market, particularly for direct clients.Solid network of technology candidates in the US specializing in one of our Practice Areas2+ years experience minimum leading recruiters and having full responsibility for KPIs and metricsFull recruitment life cycle experience: sourcing and selling the company, interviewing and negotiating/closing offers to consulting engineersDigital transformation product consultancy experience highly desiredExperience in sophisticated Boolean search and x-ray techniquesExpertise in vetting technical candidates to meet requirementsExperience validating priorities and delivering under deadlinesCollege Degree focusing in HR, Marketing, or Computer Science preferredSourcing, vetting, and closing bar-raising technical consultants into each of our consulting practice areasGreat negotiation skillsThird-party recruitment agency collaboration techniques for certain roles, if neededWhat Makes You Stand OutYou have experience automating reach-out campaignsHave experience hiring full-time, career-minded employees in a modern consulting environment
