Job description
Ø Major Responsibilities
- Develop a business plan and a three years plan in terms of project management for water market, targeted action and profitability in accordance with the general guidelines, and local governmental policies - Define and implement strategy to penetrate Govt initiatives in terms of PMC project in the field of water & waste water domain - Monitor and analyse the product Line activities against the business plans, analyse the business equation and, if necessary, take corrective actions - Contribute to development of product Line strategy by participating in workshops, seminars, conferences - Plan, implement and control the cost budget to maintain desired operational profit - Develop partner, increase sub con base to manage and grow the business - Initiate and take the lead to ensure a reasonable staffing in the area of responsibility approved by superior and HR - Build up top level relations to all major accounts and Government Departments - Participate in the development and implementation of local company policies - Maintaining operating cash , timely collection will be the area of responsibility - Ensure a continuous contact and information exchange to internal and external interfaces (HR-Finance & Administration-IT) - Implement corporate standards in the area of responsibility (e.g. Code of Ethics, Values, corporate identity, policies, procedures) Qualification and Experience - Graduate or Post Graduate in Civil / Mechanical Engineering with focus on business with 10- 15 year experience. - Water supply , Water Infrastructure & Sewerage infrastructure projects across country (Survey, layout, land clearance, various approval from authorities) - Construction of WTP, ESR, GSR, Pumping station , STP - Water Pipe Laying, Sewerage Pipe Laying , Trenchless Piping - Have sound understanding of all related mechanical equipment such as Pumps , valves, fittings , jointing , hydro test - Knowledge & understanding of network design , drawings , DMA operations Contract Management & understanding Interested candidates may please share their updated CVs to [email protected]Job tags
