Job Title: Senior Data Integrity Analyst
1) Skills Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integrity Analyst with a strong understanding of US Health & Welfare eligibility data, file interfaces, and vendor relationships and requirements. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate proficiency in information gathering, analytical thinking, and problem-solving. The role requires a high level of independence in a task-oriented environment, outstanding time management and organizational skills, and the capability to adapt quickly in a dynamic setting.
2) Role Overview: As a Data Integrity Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of health and welfare eligibility data and interfaces. Key responsibilities include:
Gather File Requirements:
- Collaborate with carriers to gather detailed file requirements for benefit administration processes.
Review Carrier Discrepancy Reports:
- Analyze carrier discrepancy reports and promptly respond to carriers to address and resolve any issues.
Coordinate with File Configuration Team:
- Work closely with the file configuration team to ensure accurate and timely setup of files, maintaining alignment with carrier specifications.
Monitor Eligibility System Data Quality:
- Monitor various eligibility system data quality reports, promptly identifying errors, and coordinating with internal teams to address and rectify issues.
Annual Enrollment Coordination:
- Coordinate annual enrollment activities between the file configuration team and client carriers, ensuring a smooth and error-free process.
Ensure Data Integrity:
- Play a pivotal role in maintaining file and data integrity, collaborating with internal teams to implement corrective measures as needed.
Utilize File Reasonability Tools:
- Monitor file reasonability tools to ensure the identification and prevention of file issues, guaranteeing the quality and accuracy of data sent to carriers.
3) Core Skills:
- Proven experience in US benefit administration, with a focus on interacting with carriers and ensuring data accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment
- Team orientation and leadership skills
- Experience with health and welfare systems and processes
4) Technology Skills Requirements:
- Proficient with Word, Excel, Text pad, Ultra edit, Visio, and MS Project
- Experience with ANSI X12 (HIPAA) 834 transaction set
- Understanding of US Health & Welfare carrier eligibility requirements
- Familiarity with H&W platforms
- Understanding of transactional SQL
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies
5) Onboarding Timeline:
- Week 1: Introduction to company policies, culture, and team structure.
- Week 2-8: In-depth training on data integrity protocols, technical interfaces, health and welfare platforms; hands-on experience with file processing, error resolution, collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring activities.
- Year 1 Annual Enrollment: training on AE processes and activities.
- Ongoing: Continuous learning with mentor support
