**Designation - Engineering Recruiter (US Market)
**Shift timing - 7:00pm - 4:00am IST (5 days working, Sat/Sun off)
**CTC range - open for the right candidate
**Location : Noida( Onsite)
**Experience - 2-3 Years into full-cycle Engineering-recruiting experience required, preferably in the Manufacturing Semiconductor, Aerospace, Defense, Medical Devices, Electronics or automotive Industry
Role Description
Roles and Responsibility
- Holding 1 yr to 2yrs of relevant full-cycle Engineering-recruiting experience required, preferably in the Manufacturing Semiconductor, Aerospace, Defense, Medical Devices, Electronics or automotive Industries.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Hands-on with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
- Experience working with MSP and Direct Clients on core W2 requirements.
- Proactive in identifying problems and solution-oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- Must be comfortable working night shifts.
- Worked on Semiconductor Engineering /Manufacturing / Energy clients / Aerospace / Defense / Electronics MFG or Automotive MFG/ Chemical MFG/Industrial Manufacturing Industry
- Experience working with MSP and Direct Clients on core W2 requirements
