We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to lead a team of manual testers and ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of manual testing activities. The QA Manager will be responsible for overseeing the testing processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing guidance and support to the testing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in manual testing methodologies, excellent leadership skills, experience working in an Agile development environment, and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.

Test Planning and Strategy
Collaborate with project stakeholders to define test objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases to ensure maximum test coverage.
Identify and prioritize testing activities based on project requirements, risks, and timelines.
Estimate testing efforts and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
Test Execution and Reporting:
Oversee the execution of manual test cases, ensuring adherence to defined test procedures and standards.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system-level testing as necessary.
Analyze and document test results, defects, and issues, and communicate them to the relevant stakeholders.
Monitor and track testing progress, providing regular status updates and reports to management.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and enhance the manual testing process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for automation and work closely with the automation team to automate relevant test cases.
Implement best practices, standards, and methodologies to improve the overall quality of the testing process.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in manual testing and Agile methodologies.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of testing activities.
Communicate testing status, progress, and potential risks to stakeholders and project teams.
Act as a point of contact for any testing-related issues, providing timely resolutions and escalation when necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience in manual testing, with at least 10+ years of experience and 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies, processes, and best practices in an Agile environment.
Proficient in test planning, test case development, and test execution in Agile projects.
Familiarity with defect tracking systems, test management tools, and Agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Extensive Manual testing experience leading various teams and hands on Selenium Automation testing.
Relevant certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level and Agile certifications are desirable.
