As a Customer Care Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate, and professional assistance via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries effectively.
- Identify and escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department for further resolution.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
- Follow company policies and procedures while addressing customer needs.
- Strive to meet and exceed individual and team targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Requirements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in any additional language(s) will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends, as per business requirements.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Salary Starting salary range: INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 per month (in-hand)
