Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Ratnagiri. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with the role, which includes lead generation, customer satisfaction, communication, and customer service. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and managing their needs through effective communication and service.

Qualifications

• Strong Inside Sales skills with experience in lead generation
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Proven experience in customer service
• Ability to think critically and problem solve
• Knowledge of and experience in the technology industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and CRM software
