An overview of the role
As an iB Cricket Business Edition Success Manager, you will be an integral part of our B2B engagement team. Your primary responsibility will be to foster successful and enduring relationships with our business partners who have acquired licenses for iB Cricket Business Edition. These partners operate within the iB Cricket ecosystem, utilizing our cutting-edge products to enhance their business offerings.

What will you be doing
- Onboarding Process: Initiate the onboarding process once the client has expressed readiness and paid the initial token amount.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for the client.
- Work closely with legal teams to draft and finalize contractual agreements between iB Cricket and the business partners.
- Ensure all terms and conditions are clearly communicated and agreed upon by both parties.
- Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate timely and accurate payments from the clients.
- Address any payment-related queries or issues raised by the clients.
- Provide hands-on support to clients in establishing their iB Cricket Business Edition operations.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure the seamless setup of equipment and technology.
- Fully responsible for training sessions for partners to ensure they understand and effectively use iB Cricket Business Edition.
- Develop and conduct training programs for business operators on how to effectively use iB Cricket Business Edition.
- Address any training gaps and provide ongoing support to ensure operators are proficient in utilizing the technology.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong and strategic relationships with B2B partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partners, addressing queries, concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Regularly engage with partners to understand their business needs and provide solutions to enhance their iB Cricket experience.
- Revenue Enhancement Strategies: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing revenue streams.
- Provide regular updates on industry trends and best practices to keep clients informed and competitive.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for expansion and diversification within the iB Cricket ecosystem.
- Foster a long-term partnership approach by continuously exploring ways to add value to the client's business.
- Business Support: Offer proactive support to partners in implementing and leveraging iB Cricket Business Edition.
- Provide guidance on best practices and innovative ways to incorporate iB Cricket products into their business model.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational challenges faced by partners.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate partner performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to identify areas of improvement and growth.
Performance Metrics:
- Timely onboarding of clients and completion of contractual agreements.
- Achievement of revenue enhancement targets for each partner.
- Successful implementation of training programs for business operators.
- Client satisfaction scores and feedback.
- Identification and execution of upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in B2B relationship management, preferably in the technology or entertainment industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
