Job description
Responsibilities
- Implementation and close-out of the assigned Project area, fulfilling the project objectives in terms of schedule, cost and quality with resource optimization.
- Timely completion of feasibility studies and other technical studies related to plant & processes.
- Timely resolution of interface issues for the project and ensuring progress.
- Ensuring proper dissemination of information and drawings/documents as per requirement.
- Implementation of lessons learnt from other projects
- Developing the plan for project commissioning and plant performance test.
- Enable capability development of employees within the Site / Corporate teams by overseeing implementation of appropriate systems and policies.
- Ensure timely goal setting, monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to team members.
- Building and Developing plant operations team.
Qualifications - BE/B.Tech Mechanical or related field with over 15yrs of experience and with Project Management, O&M and at least 5yrs relevant experience in metal industry
- Should have hands-on exposure of handling green-field or brown-field copper Smelter projects.
- Should have hands-on exposure of handling copper plant operations with multi -disciplinary functions.
- Understanding of the Copper Concentrate and its impurities on plant operations.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed and data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
