Job description
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team in Coimbatore Tamil Nadu client relationships, and promote our integrated marketing solutions. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with 1 to 2 years of experience in sales.
Qualifications And Skills - 1 to 2years of in field sales or related roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of lead generation and sales
- Ability to convince and influence people
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate sales leads
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their marketing needs
- Promote our integrated marketing solutions, including digital, rural, and retail marketing
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth
- Conduct field visits to promote and sell our products/services to potential customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Track and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies
- Values sales of the assigned stores.
- Explaining painters about COMPANY .
- Site visit, dealer visit, and contractor visit.
- Two-wheeler mandatory with Android phone.
- Contact with Dealer and distributors.
Qualification : Any degree or Diploma or secondary.
