Role Description

Prezerve is looking for a full-time Customer Support Specialist to help provide exceptional service and support to our clients. This is an on-site role located in Lucknow. The successful candidate will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Specialist will also provide technical support and troubleshoot problems related to orders, shipping, and product information.

Qualifications

• Customer support and interpersonal skills
• Ability to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting issues
• Strong analytical skills to identify and diagnose problems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience working in the beauty or personal care industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
