Job Description -

1. Thermoforming Operator:-ITI / Diploma or previous machine operations experience is preferred. Should have 5 to 6 years’ experience in similar industry. In addition to this, the following experience is also an added advantage.

   1. Loads and unloads forming machine with appropriate materials to facilitate forming requirements.
   2. Reads and interprets work instructions and any other related documentation to determine methods etc.
   3. Performs de-burring, sanding, and grinding operations necessary to meet specifications
   4. Cuts/trim plastic pieces as necessary using tools.
   5. Inspects each part to ensure quality standards
   6. Monitors machine for any mechanical problems
   7. Completes all necessary paperwork and enters computer production information; cycle times, daily production numbers, scrap
   8. Can advance to completing set-up and change-over procedures of the molds and fixtures
   9. Troubleshoot and make adjustments to equipment to ensure quality standards
   10. Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures
   11. Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations
   12. Other duties may be assigned as necessary

   Salary range is from Rs.25,000 to 30,000 CTC / month
