Job description
Key Responsibilities Of This Role Include
- Manages RFI/RFP responses: saves and locates them in an organised manner
- Responds swiftly and concisely to any questions or queries
- Manages inputs from a variety of global stakeholders
- Understands requests and caters to them in a timely manner
- Creates document, adding questions from different leads in a logical manner
- Provides boiler plate RFI/RFP answers
- Provides relevant case studies when asked and is familiar with them
- Sends email allocations out
- Excel ownership: follows up on gaps
- Captures actions and review notes for the team
New Business Repository Management
- Proactively updates answers in the RFI repository
- Saves information on the server, deleting outdated information
- Looks for ways to constantly improve how the data is managed and stored
- Ad hoc/case study requests
Design/Deck Management
- Books and manages design resource
- Briefs slides for design
Key Qualities & Skills - A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
- Work experience in advertising or a related field is a plus
- Organizational skills (good filing system essential)
- High attention to detail
- An industrious spirit, thinks on their feet and is solutions oriented
- Entrepreneurial, agile and able to move fast, juggle across projects, efficiently manage timelines and deadlines
- Confident with strong intuition, curiosity and a keenness to learn
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Collaborative, team player mentality with an ability to function in a diverse cultural environment
- 'Hands-on' approach and 'can do' attitude
