Job description
International BPO hiring Tele-calling agents for a UK pilot process for Claims (HDC).
Purpose: To meet weekly targets through claim calls. Â
Job Profile:
1. Active Listener & Excellent communication skills.
2. A calm attitude to maintain a positive rapport with customers.
3. Understand customer requirements.
5. Accurate detailing of information provided by the customer.
6. Outbound process (Claims)
7. B2C Process
8. Attractive Incentives
Requirement:
Candidates with experience in International BPO minimum 1 year.
Fixed Salary -Â Between 15k-25k+Monthly Incentives will be given on performance.
Shift Timing: UK shift (03:00pm - 12:00am), US (7.30PM - 4.30 AM)
SATURDAY & SUNDAY Fixed OFF
