Job Title: Network Administrator Location: Dwarka -New Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 7+ Years Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MCA Certification: CCNA/CCNP Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in network administration, with a focus on routing and switching, along with a strong educational foundation in computer science, engineering, or MCA. Holding CCNA/CCNP certifications is a prerequisite for this position. Responsibilities: 1.Network Infrastructure Management: oDesign, implement, and maintain robust network infrastructures. oEnsure network security and compliance with organizational policies. 2.Routing and Switching: oConfigure and troubleshoot routers and switches to optimize network performance. oImplement and manage routing protocols. 3.Network Monitoring and Optimization: oMonitor network performance and proactively address issues. oImplement strategies for network optimization and capacity planning. 4.Security: oImplement and manage security measures to safeguard the network. oConduct regular security audits and address vulnerabilities. 5.Troubleshooting and Support: oProvide timely resolution to network-related issues. oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems. 6.Documentation: oMaintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation. oCreate and update network diagrams, configurations, and procedures. 7.Collaboration: oCollaborate with other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of network components. oWork closely with vendors to evaluate and implement new technologies. 8.Training and Mentorship: oProvide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the IT team. oConduct training sessions to enhance the team's technical capabilities. Requirements: 1.Education and Certifications: oBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MCA. oCCNA/CCNP certification is mandatory. 2.Experience: oMinimum of 7 years of experience in network administration. oProven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructures. 3.Technical Skills: oIn-depth knowledge of routing and switching protocols. oFamiliarity with network security practices and protocols. oProficient in network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies. 4.Communication Skills: oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. oAbility to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. 5.Team Player: oAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment. oWillingness to share knowledge and mentor junior team members.
