What You'll Bring:

What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business administration, or a related field
Ability to work flexible hours to collaborate with team members in a variety of time zones including EST, IST, and CST. In particular, overlapping EST am hours.
Deep experience and expertise, ideally a minimum of 3 years in agile product development.

Product Owners have a responsibility for developing solutions that are aligned to the product and technology strategies. Working within a TU Agile framework, they work with internal stakeholders to guide the direction and participate in the execution of the product build process. With a strong operational and detail-oriented mindset, you translate ideas into plans and user stories. The Product Owner works well with internal stakeholders and understands product development fundamentals.

Impact you'll make
Successfully deliver, launch and support products within identified product family
Working with Product Managers and key stakeholders, the Product Owner executes on product development initiatives to increase customer value, efficiencies and functionality
Incorporating feedback gained from market research, competitive intelligence and industry analysis into product development.
Creating alignment between internal stakeholders to ensure fast, effective, coordinated and on-time product development.
Works within the TU Agile framework. Responsible for defining Stories, prioritizing Team Backlog and ensures acceptance criteria met.
Executes on tactical, performance or other enhancements to the product that are required and aligned to the product strategy and the technology strategy
Assisting the Product Manager with feedback and suggestions on how to improve the products .
