Job description

The Field Sales Manager is responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects in a designated geographical area.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing customers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the assigned territory.

- Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their objectives.

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities.

- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing field sales team.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree Preferred

Experience: Minimum 1+ years of sales experience

Age: Min 21 Years - Max 38 Years
