Role & responsibilities
Client Interaction:
- Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Provide personalized advice and recommendations based on client requirements.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly through various communication channels.
Itinerary Planning:
- Create detailed itineraries that align with clients' travel preferences and objectives.
- Arrange transportation, accommodation, and activities according to client specifications.
- Offer alternatives and suggestions to enhance the overall travel experience.
Knowledge of Travel Products:
- Stay updated on the latest travel products, services, and industry trends.
- Provide information on various destinations, travel packages, and special promotions.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Advise clients on visa requirements, entry regulations, and health and safety considerations.
- Ensure compliance with travel industry regulations and standards.
- Prepare and deliver all necessary documentation to clients, including tickets and itineraries.
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve issues such as cancellations, delays, or changes in travel plans.
Sales and Upselling:
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services, upgrades, or special amenities.
- Meet sales targets and goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction.
