We are looking for an Engineering Manager who will be working as part of one or more account teams and be responsible for ensuring that key projects and engineering duties are fulfilled like answering technical questions, proposing budgets for projects, training new employees, and working with various other departments, prepare reports on the progress of the projects, ability to effectively delegate the work, and ability to address any technical issues that come up in the projects. Responsibilities: 1. Senior business analyst with experience on Consumer Lending 2. Min 8 years' experience 3. Have worked for a banking software company or Fintech 4. Experience of working in Philippines or for Philippines customer well to have. 5. Loan Origination is key word- must have this in cv. 6. Good to have SME lending, Mortgage, Vehicle financing.
