Position Summary :
The Oracle Order Management Functional Analyst provides end-user support related to Oracle Ebs Order Management applications. He/She supports Order to Cash processes during implementations projects, as well as business as usual activities. He/She analyzes business requirements and system enhancements, prepares functional and technical specifications, solves issues and identifies their root causes to prevent them in future.
Key Duties
- support Order Management applications' end-user
- analyze and solve problems related to Oracle Ebs Order Management applications, including Oracle Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, Inventory
- lead or participate in root cause analysis / corrective action for critical issues and incidents
- lead the development and the deployment of Oracle Ebs Order Management applications, particularly in the designing, building, testing, implementation and stabilization.
- develop test plans to ensure proper system functionality and defects free release and meet business requirements. Maintain systems to ensure reliability and performance.
- deploy system enhancements, service requests (change requests) ensuring solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements and identify/document functional gaps, maintaining documentation for changes made to system
- monitor, support and enhance software integrations in Order to Cash area
- collaborate with the Project Management Office to estimate the delivery timelines, estimate resourcing needs, and identify risks & issues upfront
- cooperate with colleagues on other team in order to design harmonized solutions
- conduct ongoing quality reviews and analysis of data in Order to Cash area identifies data quality issues and escalates for corrective actions
- work effectively with remote team members, outsourced resources, and users to complete tasks.
School Background / Working Seniority
- 2-5 years of experience developing with Oracle Ebs Release 12.2
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- International experience
- Experience in an international System Integrator company is a plus
Basic Skills
- Strong English language skills
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Analytical, and Problem-solving skills are required
Technical / Functional skills
- Deep experience with Oracle Ebs Release 12.2 specifically in:
- Oracle Order Management
- Oracle Advanced Pricing
- Oracle Shipping Execution
- Oracle Inventory
- Experience with Oracle ASCP is a plus
- Experience with PL/SQL
- Experience creating Functional Requirement Documentation and Test Script
- Excellent Communication and Teamwork skills
- Process Discipline and Documentation skills essential
- Ready to move beyond own area of comfort
- Ability to be adaptable and flexible while responding to deadlines on assignments and workflow fluctuations
