The primary purpose of the job is to :
The Ivanti Administrator/Developer is part of the IT Service Management team and is responsible for the development, maintenance and administration of the Ivanti Service Manager platform in accordance with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices. Duties include, but are not limited to: Collaborates with IT teams to improve the support experience Develops system integration and process automation to improve the customer experience Monitors health, usage and overall compliance of the Ivanti Service Manager application Serves as the primary point of contact for all operational support issues Performs software configuration, data imports, custom scripting Develops system integration and process automation Maintains and produces the IS Service Catalog processes and policies Leads all technical aspects of solution delivery including: Application UI configuration Workflow configuration Manage user accounts Fix defects when they arise Facilitate roll out of new applications, modules, software upgrades and patches Troubleshoot patch or release management issues Coordinates with IS Security department to meet the company’s IT security and data management requirements Maintains a working knowledge of industry trends, technology advances and vendor product updates to improve customer service Applies best practices to all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Job tags
