Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Machine Shop Supervisor located in Faridabad. The Machine Shop Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the machine shop, including production planning, milling, machining, and quality control. They will also be responsible for supervising the machine shop personnel and ensuring that safety and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Production Planning
- Milling and Machining skills
- Strong understanding of Quality Control
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing a machine shop or similar production environment
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
