Job Overview

Gamut HR Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating new business opportunities within the real estate industry. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time position.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and build relationships to generate new business within the real estate industry.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns to promote company services.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand professional network and generate leads.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase company services and value proposition.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to ensure successful project implementation.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry news, regulations, and best practices to provide informed guidance to clients.
